Organization
Indian Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (IPWSA) is a non-profit trust founded & run by parents of Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) patients. It is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with PWS in India. IPWSA was founded in 2010 by recognizing the need for greater awareness and support for people with PWS and their families. Our main aim is to spread awareness about this syndrome, help individuals & families connect to specialists, provide them with free diagnosis, psychological support & short-term financial support. We strive to become the SOS number for all PWS families who need any kind of assistance, with respect to medical emergencies or aid.

Our Mission
- Mission : (Early diagnosis & Early intervention) Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals with PWS in India by providing education, advocacy (awareness programs), and support services. We strive to promote greater understanding of PWS and enhance the quality of life for individuals with the condition and their families.
- Vision : Our vision is a world where individuals with PWS receive the care and resources they need to thrive, and where they are fully integrated into their communities. We envision a society where individuals with PWS are valued, respected, and have the opportunity to reach their full potential at par with the normal peers.
